Pennings Activity Center

Pennings Activity Center was originally Nicolet High School for West De Pere public school district. Originally constructed in 1923, the Norbertine Order purchased the building in 1959 and named it Abbot Pennings High School. In 1990 Abbot Pennings High School merged with St. Joseph Academy and Premontre High School in Green Bay to become what is now Notre Dame de la Baie Academy of Green Bay. When this occurred in June of 1990 the building was purchased and named Pennings Activity Center. St. Norbert College utilizes this historic building by housing Campus Safety, intramural sports gymnasium, Knight Owl Cafe, Parking Operations, Upward Bound and the Office of Communications.
